I had a fantastic experience with this storage facility! The sign-up process was incredibly easy, and the facility is spotless. They even provide dollies, which made moving my things so much easier. The security is top-notch, so I feel confident my belongings are safe. A huge shoutout to Ms. Judy Decker for being so helpful—she walked me through the sign-up and entry process with such care and professionalism. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of storage!

So far so good! Customer service was great, was able to get into my unit within 5 min of signing lease. Very smooth process, unit was clean and easy to find. The carts in the front make it really easy to move your things in!

Renting from Rethink has been a breeze! The property itself is well maintained and easily accessible, including to your actual unit. The outstanding customer service that is provided is something you don't get with most places; a huge plus, considering everything is so automated these days. I rented a 10x10 unit outside - it was in good shape and clean. Funny enough, after unloading a U-Haul and finding that I needed more space, I called the office (on a Sunday, no less) and was able to rent another 10x10 that was available right across from my other one....took less than 2 minutes! Clean facility and the staff was very helpful and patient.

Getting into the facility worked great but the first few days we were moving in there was no air conditioning in the warehouse, so it was incredibly hot inside. The air conditioning is now working properly however. Access is easy, carts are accessible, and the inside is very clean.

Very clean and well kept storage facility, I would recommend to anyone!
